ElectroMagnetic Thickness Tool(EMTS and EMTL)

Description

The Electromagnetic Thickness Tool Scanning EMTS and EMTL are designed to detect the damage of tubulars by calculating the remaining wall thickness and corrosion extent. It can accurately indicate the column structure and location of other objects in concentric pipe. While the EMTS short and long sensors can quantitatively detect the damage of inner and outer pipes, the EMTS sector sensors can detect areal extent of the inner pipe damage. The EMTL directional sensors provide 360 degree circular coverage to better detect the cracks less than 3mm in transverse plane.
