Hydraulic Set Packers

H PACKER

The H Packer is a hydraulic set single-string retrievable packer and may be used in virtually any production application.   Tubing pump pressure is used to set the packer and the setting force is locked into the packer by a body lock ring. A large internal by-pass reduces   swabbing when running and retrieving. The by-pass closes when the packer is set, and opens during the releasing process to allow pressure equalization. Shear screws are used to control the packer release. The standard H Packer is designed for differential pressures up to 7,500 PSI.

The Hydroset II Packer is a hydraulic set, mechanically held dual string production packer normally run above a single string hydraulic set or wireline set seal bore packer. Because no tubing manipulation is required to set this packer, the well head can be installed and flanged up before setting.

This packer is available with short string or long string setting capabilities and a variety of tubing connections. This packer is also adaptable for electrical submersible pump applications. This packer features a sequential upper slip release system designed to release each slip individually to

reduce the pull required to release the packer. The angles on the upper slips and upper slip body result in the slips releasing smoothly from the

casing.

The KWESP Packer is a hydraulic set, mechanically held, Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) production packer, with secondary bores for ESP feed

through cable and optional chemical feed through lines. Because no tubing manipulation is required to set this packer, the wellhead can be installed and flanged up before setting.

This packer is available with a variety of tubing connections. The packer features a sequential upper slip release system designed to release each slip individually to reduce the pull required to release it. The angles on the upper slips and upper slip body result in the slips releasing smoothly from the casing.

The Hydroset IV Packer is a hydraulic set single string retrievable packer. Tubing pump pressure is used to set the packer and the setting force is locked into the packer by a body lock ring. Its design allows for multiple zone completions. It can be run with other hydraulic packers or mechanical set packers.

This packer is ideal to run as a tandem packer with double grip packers that will lock the tubing in place. This packer is released with a straight pull to shear releasing screws.

HYDRAULIC OPEN HOLE PACKER

The KW Hydraulic Open Hole Packer is a hydraulic set, single string packer suitable for use in open hole applications. Tubing pressure is used to set the packer and the setting force is locked into the packer by a body lock ring. This packer features a double backup element system that is capable of holding high pressures in open hole or large ID cased holes. A large ID is maintained through the packer for increased flow potential. It is ideal for use as a tandem isolation packer between ports in a multi-stage hydraulic fracturing completion.

The Permanent Hydraulic Isolation Packer is a robust production packer capable of handling large amounts of weight hung below the packer. This packer features a large ID for increased flow potential. This packer also has upper and

lower centralizing slips which increases its ability to set in deviated sections of wells. This packer uses our proven

Permapak components.

The setting equipment for the Permanent Hydraulic Isolation Packer is built into the packer. It requires pressurizing the tubing/casing it is run on once the packer reaches setting depth.
